![]() Mine for instance never wants to lose weight, doesn’t matter how hard core I am with following a program I will never lose more than a pound a week, it is how I am built, but other people can lose way more than I in a week, something I am quite jealous of lol I say use whatever works for you cause in the end that is all that matters! □ ![]() I couldn’t say with any certainty if weight loss is faster with the old program when compared to the new one, I know people who are following the new program and losing weight at the same speed as when they were on the old program, I think it has more to do with the individual and what their body wants. ![]() I haven’t completely immersed myself in the new program yet, I have the calculator and the books I am just lacking the commitment to really buckle down and follow the rules, sigh. I never managed to lose 2lbs or more each week, usually I’d lose around 1lb a week or so, but I kept at it and it did work. It took a long time for me to lose the weight, my body doesn’t like to give up its fat stores lol, but it did come off slowly but surely.
